Getting started
Your account is ready. PhiBox searches and reasons over your own documents, so the four steps below are all it takes to get your first answer.
1. Sign in
Use the email address your invitation was sent to and the password you just chose. Your access key decides which projects you can open, so if something looks missing, ask the administrator who invited you which teams you belong to.
2. Open a project
A project is a workspace with its own documents, wording and settings. Pick the one you were given from the project selector at the top; everything you upload or ask belongs to the project shown there.
3. Add your documents
Upload PDF, Word, Excel or CSV files in the Files section. Each file is split into passages and indexed so it can be searched; large uploads are queued and you can follow their progress in the upload queue.
4. Ask questions
Open the chat and ask in your own words. Answers are drawn from the documents in the project. Depending on its configuration, an answer can also name the documents it used so you can check them.
